Reseller reconditioned, cosmetic grade B+ (one dent on back right corner of unit, LCD screen has a couple of small dark/bright spots, rubber pads are missing and therefore the unit doesn’t sit completely even, some parts of the keyboard are somewhat sticky but all keys work properly, couple dents on palmrest assembly). Webcam is not functional. New thermal paste was just applied in unit.Attempted a Windows 11 upgrade, however some drivers (including Command Center and the wifi driver) would not load and the webcam stopped working at that point, and returning to Windows 10 didn’t fix it.
