You are also welcome to book a time on our Contact Us page to come visit us or drop off your equipment. Make sure to provide a description of the issue(s) you are experiencing. If you need to ship the equipment to use, or to have it picked up from your location, please contact us the same way for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
