Returns are valid within Seven (7) days of original purchase unless otherwise specified. Used/unsealed items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 20% non-refundable deposit applies on any order. No refund will be offered, returns are all for store credit or exchange only. Equipment not picked up within 15 days of customer being notified of being ready for pick up, will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of appropriately, unless customer contacts us within the initial 15 days to have the equipment held for up to 4 more weeks at a $15/week fee. Past these 6 weeks, if the equipment hasn’t been picked up, it will be considered abandoned.

Exchanges of equivalent in-stock new products are valid within Fifteen (15) days from the original Invoice date on defective product only, unless otherwise specified. Special Order (SO) items are not returnable. Customer understands that if they choose to opt out of the warranty to get an AS IS discount, there is no warranty on the equipment and no return will be accepted.

We strive to have our listings up to date and accurrate. In the unlikely event that an item was not in stock while listed as so, or not as listed, a store credit of the full value of your purchase will be applied – no refund, sorry.

All New Items carry a One (1) Year Limited Hardware Warranty unless otherwise specified, all Reconditioned/Refurbished/Used/Off-Lease items carry a Ninety (90) Day Limited Hardware Warranty unless otherwise specified, all OEM and/or open box items carry a Six (6) Months Limited Hardware Warranty unless otherwise specified, all Warehouse Deal items carry a Seven (7) Days Limited Hardware Warranty. Customer is due to keep the invoice and original packaging as needed. Software issues are out of the scope of the warranty and are subject to a service charge.

Most pictures used on our website are stock pictures and are expected to be accurate to the best of our knowledge. As a result, these pictures are not considered contractual unless the listing indicates “as seen on pictures”.

Customer is responsible to check for compatibility of the parts/peripherals they purchase. Customer is welcome to contact us to inquire about such compatibility and we will provide information to the best of our ability. Customer however remains fully responsible for choosing the correct equipment for their requirements. Returns within 7 days on the grounds of a compatibility issue will be subject to the 20% restocking fee above mentioned.

Payment is due in full prior to pickup/delivery. In case of delivery, the 20% deposit paid to schedule said delivery is non-refundable. All payments are final and any refund will be processed in the form of a store credit – no exceptions. Payments in e-transfer on our website are required to be received within 2 hours of the order being placed. Items are automatically relisted after 2 hours where a cleared payment has not been received, and items may be purchased by another customer.

Warranty terms comply with manufacturer’s terms. In the case of LCD/LED monitors, returns/exchanges due to dead pixel(s) comply with the manufacturer’s dead pixels policy. Reconditioned laptop batteries are tested holding a charge at the time of the sale, however we can’t guarantee how long they last. A defective battery is one that is detected as such by the operating system or the machine BIOS. Warranty will be voided in case of misuse/mishandle of the equipment. We are not responsible of customer’s data, apps, programs, licenses and credentials. Customer is also advised to remove any disk, stick, dongle, adapter, memory card or other accessories prior to bringing us their computer, we couldn’t be held responsible of the loss of any of these unless specified prior to bringing us said equipment.

Listings are subject to be edited/modified/removed without notice. We do guarantee that what you order will be as described at the time of purchase. We do our best to describe our products as adequately as possible, however in the case of discrepancy on the listing (i.e. different information in listing title and item description), the item description is supposed to be the correct one. You are very welcome to contact us beforehand should such discrepancy happen and we will make sure to correct it and confirm which one is correct. In the specific case of defective equipment that is sold as is, we strongly recommend customers to read the listing in detail and to keep in mind that there may be further damage/issues on such units as they are not repaired. You are welcome to ask us any question prior from purchase and we guarantee we will provide you with the most accurate information we can.
