New Items carry a one year limited hardware warranty, some items may carry a longer manufacturer warranty.
New OEM and/or open box items carry a 9 months limited hardware warranty.
Reconditioned/Refurbished items carry a 90 days limited hardware warranty.
Warehouse deals carry a 7 days limited hardware warranty.
As is final sale items are as indicated – sold in as is condition, sale is final, no return, no warranty.
Licenses and inkjet/toner cartridges are guaranteed to work, no further warranty on these items.
Batteries having a health of 75% or below using Nirsoft’s BatteryInfoView will be listed as “may need to be replaced soon” and a $20 discount will be applied on a compatible battery purchase during the warranty length of your purchase.

In order to be competitive with Kijiji, FB marketplace, etc. sellers, we offer cost-conscious buyers to opt out of the warranty for a 15% discount (discount only applies on used/reconditioned/refurbished items). Customer understands that if they choose to opt out of the warranty to get an AS IS discount, there is no warranty on the equipment and no return will be accepted.
Prices on our website included warranty as listed, unless otherwise stated. To opt out of the warranty on a purchase, please contact us so we do a manual invoicing, so we make sure our customers understand what opting out of the warranty entails and limit the “regret buys”.

Extended completecare warranty is offered for $85/yr on any computer. Similar to the included warranty, it covers any hardware defects for a period of one calendar year, and in addition also covers:

  • One system cleanup/virus cleanup on a calendar year
  • Dead pixels LCD replacement regardless of manufacturer’s guidelines
  • Battery replacement if it falls under 60% wear level

Accidental damage (including chipped plastics, pressure points on LCD, broken hard drive following a fall, liquid spills,…) are not covered.

You are also welcome to book a time on our Contact Us page to come visit us or drop off your equipment. Make sure to provide a description of the issue(s) you are experiencing. If you need to ship the equipment to use, or to have it picked up from your location, please contact us the same way for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please note that we are unable to process warranty service requests done on social media or on the phone.
