Returns are valid within Seven (7) days of original purchase unless otherwise specified. Licenses and inkjet/toner cartridges cannot be returned. Returns have to be in the same condition they were purchased in. Altered, damaged and dirty items will not be eligible to a return.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refund will be offered, returns are all for store credit or exchange only.
Exchanges of equivalent in-stock new products are valid within Fifteen (15) days from the original Invoice date on defective product only, unless otherwise specified. Special Order (SO) items are not returnable. Customer understands that if they choose to opt out of the warranty to get an AS IS discount, there is no warranty on the equipment and no return will be accepted.
All payments are final and any refund will be processed in the form of a store credit – no exceptions.
To return/exchange an item, simply book a time using the Contact Us page and indicate the reason why you want to return/exchange an item and/or what issues you’re having with your purchase so to help us expedite your return, exchange or warranty service.
