Install directions on Windows computers: plug in your adapter to any USB port, then load the disk in your computer’s CD/DVD drive, launch Setup.exe and follow the directions. If it still doesn’t work after that, head to Device Manager (for Windows 10, right click on Start button, click on Device Manager), locate network adapters, find your usb to ethernet adapter and right click on it, click on update, and follow the directions.
