Card is defective. We tested 3 out of the 4 outputs and only 1 out of the 3 DP ports appear to be working (we didn’t test the HDMI port). During our tests, in the BIOS or installing Windows, on an initial boot with Windows generic display driver, the card displays but sometimes artifacts can be seen (see pic, blurry as we had to be quiet to capture the issue before the display went). Once a proper Radeon driver loads though, the display goes. No further troubleshooting done. As a result, this card is for sale AS IS final sale, no return, no warranty.
